My First Post !!!

To start with, I have never "blogged" before, but I am addicted to reading them and soaking in all the web inspiration I can... I like to think I am crafty. I have tried my hand at crocheting, jewelry making and now sewing among other things.( momma loves her some cool totes !). I have always loved interior decorating, but not always had the budget, so what's a gal to do? Improvise ! I almost always refuse to pay full price or department store price for almost anything, I am cheap !( my darling hubby refuses to take me shopping!well sometimes.. ha, But it works for me, It drives me crazy knowing I can get the same or similar (sometimes better) item way cheaper if I head to the thrift stores =) and hey why not, its cost effective, the money goes to a good cause and it gives me that rush!!
